How to check the payment timeline and current status of a specific player's payment in Nettla via the Stripe log.

You can check the timeline of a specific payment/status of the payment through the following steps:

Players → Player list → Find the player → Click on player → Purchases → Find the specific purchase → Click on the purchase

In the side panel that appears on the right, you will find a Stripe log in the bottom. That gives you the latest update of what has happened with the payment from start to finish.

This log feeds directly from Stripe, and if it does not provide enough detail, log in to your Stripe Dashboard directly to find the payment.

When checking a court booking payment for a pay your part session, you may see multiple status changes in the Stripe log — for example, Uncaptured, then Succeeded, then Partially refunded. This is expected behaviour and reflects the pay your part mechanism working correctly. The lead booker is initially charged the full court cost, and once other players have paid their shares, the lead booker receives a partial refund.
