Because a slot is only bookable if a player has a price for it, you can make times members-only by pricing them for a cohort and not for everyone else. 🔒
In the price variant covering those times:
Add a Discounted price for the cohort(s) you want to allow
Turn off "For players not linked to a pricing cohort" (the public price) so general players have no price for that slot
Set the days/times this variant covers
Save ✅
Now only those cohorts can see and book those times; everyone else won't have those slots available.
⚠️ Important: If you don't want other times restricted, make sure another variant still gives all players a price for the hours you want open to everyone. This is a powerful but uncommon setup — use it deliberately.
