How to change your prices starting from a future date

Edits to your standard price list take effect immediately, so to change prices from a future date, use a special period price list as a bridge. 📆

A few weeks ahead:

Settings → Price Lists → Special Period Price Lists → Create new price list

Name it (e.g. "New Pricing 2026")

Set a Start date (when new prices begin) and an End date a few weeks/months out

Enter your new prices

Select the courts it applies to (or All courts)

Save ✅

Then, on the start date, update your standard price list to match the new prices and save. That way, when the special period ends, your standard list continues seamlessly with the new pricing — and you're ready to schedule the next change the same way. 🔁
