In Calendar → Schedule, drag the booking to a new time or court on the same day, or drag its top or bottom edge to change its length. Then confirm in the Change booking dialog. You can't move a booking to another day.
Move a booking
Go to Calendar → Schedule and make sure Court View is on.
Click and hold the booking.
Drag it to the new time or court on the same day.
Release it. The Change booking dialog shows the new date, time and court.
Click Change. Click Cancel to leave it where it was.
Change the length
Drag the top or bottom edge of the booking.
Release it.
Click Change in the Change booking dialog.
What happens after a change
Players get an email with the new time and court, and the booking updates in their app.
The price isn't recalculated, even if the new time or length has a different price.
A change that clashes with another booking or an Unavailable block is refused.
Activities
You can also change an activity session's courts from its drawer: Courts → Edit → Select courts → Save.
Good to know
To move a booking to another day, cancel it and create it again on the new day. Choose the refund for each player carefully when you cancel.
You can't drag bookings in Coach View.
League matches in a round that hasn't been launched don't send an update email.
