Before you set up your rewards program, decide six things: points per hour on court, how long points last, the rewards at each club, referral points, birthday points and your terms and conditions. Having these ready makes setup quick.
The Rewards program is an add-on. Not every club has it. If you don't see Rewards program under Shop, your company doesn't have it yet. Contact Nettla to switch it on. Once it's on, you set everything up yourself.
1. Points per 60 minutes on court
Choose how many points a player earns for 60 minutes on court, for each booking type: Court Bookings, Public Matches, Private Matches, Activities, Private Coaching, Recurring Bookings, Bespoke Bookings and Leagues.
Longer or shorter sessions are scaled: 90 minutes earns 1.5 times the points, 120 minutes earns twice.
A value can be 0 (no points) or any number.
These values apply to all your clubs. A club can override them in its own settings.
Every player on a booking earns the full rate.
2. When points expire
Choose how long points last, for example 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. The default is 1 year.
The expiry counts from the date the points are awarded.
3. Rewards at each club
Rewards are set up per club. There are two types:
Inventory reward: an item from your club's Inventory, such as a drink, a T-shirt or a tube of balls. The player claims it in the app and collects it at the club. Staff then mark it as collected.
Club wallet reward: the player gets a club wallet straight away when they claim, for example £10 of credit. The wallet's own rules apply, such as off-peak only.
For each reward, decide the points needed. You can also limit a reward to a date range, for example for a season.
4. Refer a friend
Set at company level only.
A player shares their invite link with a friend.
The friend must be new: they mustn't have booked at any of your clubs before.
The friend must pay for their first booking within the qualification window (30 days by default).
Decide the points for the inviter and for the invited friend. The points are pending until the friend's first booking has been played.
5. Birthday points
Decide whether players get points on their birthday, and how many.
Points are given once a year, to players who have paid for at least one booking.
6. Terms and conditions
Publish your rewards program terms on your website, for example yourclub.com/rewards-terms. The page can be hidden from your menu.
You add the link in the program settings, and players can open it from the app.
Good to know
Players see the rewards program in the mobile app only.
