The Rewards program lets players earn points for their time on court and spend them on rewards you choose, such as a drink, merchandise or club wallet credit. You can also give points for referring a friend and on players' birthdays.
The Rewards program is an add-on. Not every club has it. If you don't see Shop → Rewards program in the sidebar, your company doesn't have it yet. Contact Nettla to switch it on. Once it's on, you set everything up yourself.
How it works
Players earn points for each booking they play, based on how long they're on court. You set the points per 60 minutes for each booking type.
Points become usable once the booking has been played.
Points can expire after a period you choose, such as one year.
Players claim rewards in the Nettla mobile app. Club wallet rewards are added straight away. Item rewards are collected at the club, and staff mark them as collected.
Company and club settings
The program is set up for your whole company. Points and rules apply across all your clubs.
Each club has its own rewards, and can change the points for its own bookings.
