Ace is your club's WhatsApp sales agent. Players → Ace conversations shows what players have asked Ace, so you can read the conversations. You can't reply from here.
Ace is an add-on. Not every club has it. If you don't see Ace conversations in the sidebar, your club doesn't have Ace yet. Contact Nettla to switch it on. Nettla also sets up your club's WhatsApp number. To learn what Ace does for players, see "What is Ace, our WhatsApp sales agent?".
What you can see
A list of conversations with the player, phone number, last message and last activity.
Click a conversation to read it in full.
Whether the player is a Verified player or an Unverified number.
Verified players
A player verifies their number with a link Ace sends in the chat, or from the app.
Verified numbers show a WhatsApp verified badge on the player's profile.
Good to know
Conversations are read-only. Contact the player another way if you need to reply.
Ace keeps only recent messages, so older, quiet conversations disappear over time.
