Open the player, go to the Rewards tab and click Mark as collected. Choose the reward, add a note if you want, and click Confirm.
Mark a reward as collected
Go to Players → Player List.
Click the player.
Open the Rewards tab. Uncollected rewards are shown under "Uncollected reward".
Click Mark as collected.
Under Which reward, select the reward.
Add an Admin note (optional).
Click Confirm.
The player then sees the reward as "Collected" with the date, and the points are taken from their balance.
Reject a claim
Follow steps 1–5 above.
Click Reject claim.
Click Confirm rejection.
This cancels the claim and can't be undone. The points held for the claim go back to being available to the player.
Find all uncollected rewards
Go to Shop → Rewards program.
Open the Players tab.
Use the Uncollected rewards filter.
Good to know
Only inventory rewards need collecting. Club wallet rewards are given straight away.
When a player claims an inventory reward, the points are held until you mark it as collected or reject it.
