Open the player, go to the Rewards tab and click Edit points. Choose Add points or Remove points, enter the number and click Confirm.
Steps
Go to Players → Player List.
Click the player.
Open the Rewards tab.
Click Edit points.
Choose Add points or Remove points.
Enter the Number of reward points. You'll see the current and new balance.
Add an Admin note (optional).
Click Confirm.
Good to know
A balance can't go below 0.
The change appears in the player's reward points activity on the Rewards tab.
The Rewards tab also shows the player's balance, lifetime earned, lifetime claimed, last 30 days and referrals.
